Restoration 1 helped us get our kitchen back together after a flood and they did an amazing job! They really instilled some confidence in us after dealing with two previous, very disappointing companies. Communication was excellent across the board and they really went to bat for us when it came to dealing with insurance. Our timeline and scope of work was agreed upon BEFORE any work was done so there were no surprises.

Very polite and exudes professionalism. I would like to thank Megan, Binuvi and team for their assistance for my renovations to my condo. Work was completed quickly and was able to answer any of my questions without hesitation. Would definitely use them again.

What we thought was a small plumbing issue became a bigger problem. Our plumber called Restoration 1 while at our house and a rep (Matt) came out the same day. He told us exactly what was needed to be done and handled contacting our insurance company. All the technicians who came to our house were courteous and professional. Definitely alleviated some of the stress dealing with Restoration 1. Definitely recommend!

Project manager Binuvi demonstrated exceptional professionalism, meticulously guiding the contractors through every detail of the repair process. Carlos and his partner were a delight to work with, exhibiting courtesy, impressive craftsmanship, along with careful attention to the confined workspace. Their expertise extended to reinstalling flooring, molding etc. Carlos even came back few days later as promised to fix my kitchen shade. I highly recommend their services.

Just had Ted in my home after an unfortunate leak in my bathroom. He was so nice and pleasant to talk to! So very informative and helpful!! A March, extremely, high water bill at our summer house which had been closed up in November led to our finding out that due to a fault in a washing machine water was running out of the machine for an unknown period of time. I called Restoration 1 who responded quickly to the problem. We live 5 hours away. They had someone at the house within a two hours, let me know what they found, had a crew and equipment in the next day to dry things out and remove what needed to be removed. They worked with the insurance company and took our stress away. They were very reassuring. I appreciated what they did and plan on working with them to restore the house to pre water damage condition. From the very first call they have been good to work with.

My neighbor recommended Restoration 1 after a sewage backup in my basement, saying they had the "Best Customer Service”. Matt arrived quickly to assess the damage and explained the work that would be done. He was kind and understanding and genuinely sympathetic to my awful situation. His presence was calming and he answered all questions and concerns I had. The cleaning and sanitizing crew arrived the next morning and was efficient and did excellent work. Maribel was awesome explaining it all and was visible and present while work was in progress. Steven then set up the fans and filters and insisted on taping down cords for my safety. For the next five days a Restoration 1 employee came to check the equipment. Each one called ahead and was polite and considerate of my time. When I mentioned I had an appointment the following day, the next employee to contact me already knew that and asked what time was best for me. And, amazingly — each time I called someone ANSWERED the phone - no voicemail, no message. That meant so much at a very upsetting time and I felt supported throughout the cleanup process.

And then I met Paige. When I received my bill I was distressed that it seemed more than anticipated. Paige indicated that absolutely it should be checked and she did - keeping contact with me the entire time. She was kind and personable and made me feel the company was with me, not against. Restoration 1 was honest and upfront and corrected my bill with no issues, in fact, through Paige they helped me navigate it all. Most importantly they were willing to LISTEN - so often missing in business these days. Paige and all of the employees of Restoration 1 are to be commended. The provide excellent service and I would recommend them with no reservation. They are a rare combination of exemplary work and personal service and I am grateful that I found them.
